This course will provide you with a practical understanding of ISO 9001:2008 by focusing on the process approach and how the process approach impacts auditing practices. The course reviews the evolution of quality, a detailed review of ISO 9001:2008 and audit basics then moves on to review the entire audit process from planning, preparing for, conducting and reporting on an internal audit. Participants will learn how to identify non-conformities and write audit findings   Upon completion of the course, participants will leave with the skills and knowledge to properly conduct an internal audit of an ISO 9001 process-based quality management system.
