The Problem Solving course will teach students how to solve problems using a formal methodology. Students will learn how to execute each step in the problem solving methodology: describing problem situations, performing containment actions, implementing and documenting countermeasures, identifying root causes, determining a corrective action plan, and verifying the effectiveness of the corrective actions. They will also be given the opportunity to practice integrating these skills in simulated problem scenarios. Managers and employees at all level of the organization who will be involved in problem solving and improvement activities will benefit from this course. |
