CFO and Treasurer, Jiggs Tompkins has been Treasurer and CFO of AQA International since December 2001. He is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, both domestic and international. Tompkins has been with AQA International since 1992 when he was hired as its Financial Manager and later as its Controller. After graduating from Clemson University in 1982, Tompkins financial career began as a staff auditor with the accounting firm of Ernst and Young. Mr. Tompkins earned his CPA certificate in 1985 and was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Tompkins later served as Controller for Southland Log Homes, an international custom home manufacturing company, where he served in several different capacities. Along with his AQA duties, Tompkins currently assists and mentors several area small businesses in financial management and accounting. Also, Mr. Tompkins is active member in a number of local community organizations and committees.
